4-501.114 Maintain sanitizer at correct concentrations when being used to sanitize. -P Observed dishmachine not dispensing sanitizer during the rinse cycle. The sanitizer at the three compartment sink also not dispensing sanitizer. Facility has contacted maintanence for repair and will use bleach and sinlge service items until fixed. Facility can wash, rinse, sanitize equipment in 3-comp sink with bleach as a sanitizer for now. 3-DAY VR required for compliance.
