Observed plastic bag of uncooked ziti noodles, cans of food, and boxes of rice on shelving stored under plastic storage bins that were in the process of air drying. Observed box of crinkle cut potatoes on floor of walk in freezer. CDI - Pan of hash browns moved to heat lamp area for hot holding and new location was chosen for plastic storage bins to continue air drying.
