Observed celery being taken out of cardboard box to but cut on the cutting board and it was placed into a tall lexan that was filled with water and put into the walk in cooler. cdi- staff took out celery to wash and put into a new clean container.
Highly recommend washing celery before taking to the cutting board so the cutting board is not contaminated with soil. |
