Observed aerosol, cleaners, disinfectant wipes and other hazardous materials accessible to children in several classrooms and girls locker room. Needs to be stored inaccessible to children.
Waste material, unnecessary articles, rubbish, litter, or garbage shall not be allowed to accumulate on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Observed rubbish and unnecessary accumulating around dumpster. Needs to be removed. |
