Observed two open chubs of deli ham with a discard date of 1/23/2026 and a chub of smoked ham marked with a discard date of 1/24. Pan of fried chicken in WIC with a prep date of 1/27. PIC stated item was prepped morning of the inspection. CDI - PIC voluntarily discarded expired ham and was allowed to re-date the fried chicken. - 1.5 -
Score not escalated as this is only the second consecutive occurrence.
