General CommentsWater hose attached to chemical tower in the meat department measured a concentration that is below the required amount. Since issues with this concentration has been persistent, meat market manager has implemented a system where large items are sanitized by using a bucket of sanitizer from the 3 compartment sink. It is recommended to repair or adjust this attachment so that it can be used as intended.
