16) Note: Push bar door into club house upstairs not latching at time of inspection, but door into clubhouse (outer most door did self-close, self-latch). Outer most door to women's restroom not self latching, but inside door onto pool deck self-closing, self-latching. Inner door to men's restroom (ontyo pool deck) not self latching, but outer door into restroom self-closing, self-latching. Allowed compliance for inspection due to direct routes into pool areas being self-closing self latching doors, but reccomended repairing all noted doors to self-close, self-latch or have audible alarm. 22) Emergency phone sign missing city in location.
