General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Bamm Snyder. Outer rope on ring buoy fraying. Recommend replacing with new US Coast Guard approved ring buoy with attached 50 foot throw rope at least 1/4 inches in diameter. Main drains and equalizer line covers expire 5-1-2027. Ensure new APSP-16 covers are installed and new PDSC form submitted to our office prior to drain and equalizer cover expiration. Facility planning to redo the travertine decking. Current decking with offets > 1/2”. Ensure new decking meets .2522 and .2537 and is non-slip, slopes to drains and away from the pool, is and is secure with no gaps or offsets > 1/2 inches. Will need to correct decking before current permit expires on 5-31-2026. Intent to suspend issued 17
