Inspection conducted with Lucas Markovic. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Note: Drain and equalizer line covers expire June, 2022. Will need to replace with APSP-16 approved drain covers and provide updated Pool Drain Safety Compliance sheet to our office prior to drain cover expiration. Also have the option to abandon equalizer lines per state guidance. Forms and guidance are on our website, MeckPools.Charmeck.org. Some missing records on days the pool was closed. Ensure records kept daily or notation added when pool is closed.
