General Comments
Inspection conducted with CPO Lucas Markovic. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. NOTE: Filtration pump motor replaced. Pump still the same. Permit E3861576 obtained and passed inspection by Code Enforcement 12-7-2020. Ring buoy starting to get worn. Recommend replacing with new USCG approved ring buoy. Rope is 50 feet. Permit issued. No Night Swimming “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
