5-205.11 (A) A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use Pf. Observed tape placed over hand sink next to dish machine with a sign posted “Not a hand sink, do not use” preventing employees from using hand sink. PIC stated third party private auditor instructed PIC to place tape and sign at hand sink due to water temperature not reaching 110F. CDI: EHS instructed PIC to maintain accessibility of hand sink per permit conditions. PIC removed sign and tape from hand sink. |
