A hand drying device is required at all handwash sinks at all times. CDI: PIC opened up the dispenser and observed it out of paper towels. PIC restocked the paper towels.

Handwash sinks should not be used for storage. In-use utensils, like a ice bucket, should be stored in a clean location where it is not exposed to contamination. PIC moved the ice bucket to a more appropriate location.

Clean underneath the shelf more often to remove grease and food buildup and to prevent mold growth.
