4-903.11(C ) Single Service and Single Use items shall be kept in the original protective package or stored using other means that protect the item until used. Observed single service cups stacked on front counters unprotected and out of plastic. PIC stated that the cup dispensers are broken. EHS advised to keep in plastic and pull from the top. CDI PIC discarded cups and put out new ones in plastic. |
