All food not sold by the end of 4 hours shall be discarded. -P/Pf Observed PIC state milk held using TPHC and time not marked properly with no written procedures. Then stated its not held using TPHC but rather by temperature by regional Starbucks. This happened afte discard. CDI through instruction |
