General CommentsEHS saw walk in cooler elevated in temp again. PIC stated that when they came in at 8am the cooler was at 40F. Employees did not go into the cooler until 9:30am to start food prep for the day. EHS notified PIC that cooler must remain at 41F, even when prep starts. Walk in cooler has been out of temp for approximately 2 hours. PIC moved all TCS foods to walk in freezer to cool. Maintenance was on site during inspection and fixed the walk in cooler. Maintenance stated that they have too much stuff in the walk in cooler. EHS advised PIC to lessen the volume of food in the cooler.
