4. One gate not self-closing. Repair to self-close, self-latch.
5.Deck drains popping up nearest leasing office. Repair drains. Deck drains with >1/2" between drain sets. Maintain no offsets or openings >1/2" Outside of required deck space. Severe damage to deck near restrooms. Repair damage.
