General Comments

Ring buoy starting to come apart. Provide US Coast Guard approved ring buoy in good condition. End of fiberglass body hook pole cracked. Recommend replacing with new body hook pole. Pole shall be at least 12 feet long, and non-collapsible. Deck cracked/chipping. Maintain with no gaps or offsets > 1/2". Deck is pretty smooth and coating is peeling. Operator plans to resurface the deck before next Spring. Maintain deck non-slip. Recommend using sand or some sort of grit as part of the deck sealant. Wall tiles dirty. Recommend cleaning on a regular basis. Intent to suspend issued. 18)
