15A NCAC 18A .1826 (f) Physical facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed stained carpet in lobby and throughout 2nd and 1st floor hall. Observed minor staining on floor in front of sleeper sofa in room 314 and loose carpet on left side stairwell leading to 1st floor. Replace lights at the entry door of rooms 224 & 242. Room 224 has no light and room 242 light ballast maybe the cause of the flickering light. Observed wall paper at the corner of the end of the hall on left .side bubbling |
