No backflow prevention device on sprayer at 3 comp sink. Two check valves were installed and spray hose that can be left down in sink is still hooked up. Corrected during inspection. Hose removed by PIC. “Permanent” correction options: do not keep hose hooked to water source, install backflow preventer(s) to utilize that spray hose, or install spray arm that stays above flood-level rim. |
