General CommentsInspection conducted with Ponpasert Vongvilay and Augusta Washington and CPO Jeff Tobin. PDSC form has been disapproved. Flow meter is an older style Blue-White flow meter that needs at least 30” of straight pipe before the flow meter to get an accurate reading. Will need to replace with a newer model, or another flow meter or one that can get an accurate reading with ~17” before and ~17” of straight piping after the flow meter on a 3” sch 40 PVC pipe. Pool rules sign cracked. Recommend replacing. Outer rope on ring buoy starting to fray. Recommend replacing with a new, US Coast Guard approved ring buoy. Immediate suspension issued 6) 22) Contact Will Harrison (704-507-6824) for re-inspection once issues have been corrected.
