General Comments

Inspection conducted with Jeff Tobin. Observed Sta-Rite pump with 3 HP motor, no label observed on pump. Observed painted contrasting color bands heavily faded. .2521) The leading edge of stair treads shall be marked with a contrasting color band or line at least two inches (5 cm) wide visible from above the stairs. Use of contrasting color tiles installed in the stair tread is acceptable provided the tiles are spaced no more than one inch (2.5 cm) from the edge of the tread or from adjacent tiles. Prior to 2022 pool permit being issued, provide at least 2" contrasting color band along leading edge of the pool steps that extends to pool walls and edge of steps. Main drain covers expire 6-1-2022. Prior to cover expiration, replace with VGBA approved covers and provide updated PDSC form to our office.
