General Comments

Inspection conducted with Del Plumley. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Observed Sta-Rite pump with 3 HP motor, no label observed on pump. Contrasting color bands are peeling. Prior to 2021 permit being issued, a 2" wide contrasting color band will need to be repainted on the leading edge of the stairs. Handwritten address on emergency phone sign is faded. Recommend ordering a new permanent emergency phone sign with pool address and emergency phone number printed on the sign. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” Intent to suspend issued 5) 8) 12) 18)
