15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Observed no paper towels at the hand washing sink in the laundry room. ENSURE TO PROVIDE SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS AT THE HAND WASHING SINK AT ALL TIME. |

Observed rip and tear on both sides of a desk chair in most of guest rooms. Repair/Replace and maintain in repair. Observed minor food debris in microwave in room 508, 320, 205. Need cleaning and keep clean. Observed burned mark on bedside desk in room 401 also observed lots of lady bugs on the carpet, Need vacuum and keep clean. Observed flickering light above the sink and refrigerator in room 320, repair or replace. |

Observed boxes on single used articles (cups, paper towels, pillows..) stored directly on the floor in storage room of 4th floor. Recommend to keep everything off the floor at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent any possible contamination. |
