.2528(a) Gate latches located at less than 54" high shall require the use of key, combination lock or card reader or be located on the inside of the gate at least three inches below the top of the gate with no greater than 1/2" gaps within 18" of latch mechanism.
Observed the plastic shield that covers the 3/4 inch metal mesh on the gate next to the shower station to be broken such that it no longer covers the mesh within 18 inches as required. Correct the gate and fence such that there are no gaps greater than 1/2 inch within 18 inches of the push bar. Also correct the gap between the fence and gate above the latch. Deadline is 5/13/2026. Failure to correct the items may result in closure of the pool. |
