.2528(a) Gate latches located at less than 54" shall require the use of key, combination lock or card reader or be located on the inside of the gate at least three inches below the top of the gate with no greater than 1/2" within 18" of latch mechanism.
Observed gate latch damaged. Observed missing metal plate that used to secure gap greater than 1/2” within 18” of the lock push bar missing. Gate latch was repaired, CDI. I.T.S Issued for the gap due to the missing plate. Deadline for correction is 9/28/2024. Failure to correct the issue prior to the deadline may result in the closure of the pool. |
