NO POINTS FOR FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #11. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosol spray in women's restroom labeled ""keep out of reach of children" stored on counter in women's restroom. *NOTE: Classrooms EW302, EW303, EW304, EW306, men's restroom and women's restroom were checked during time of inspection.
