3-501.18 Discard the food requiring date labels once time/temperature window has expired, if it is not been labeled, or if the label is incorrect. -P Observed a date mark of 3/30 on a container of marinara sauce. The manager stated that the marinara is opened daily, and that this date should not be on the container. CDI-The product was discarded, and explained that a clean container should be used instead of reusing the old container. |
