30 Day Intent to Suspend (ITS) issued for contrasting color bands at steps. Contact Marie Daley at 704-507-6806 when in compliance to lift suspension. Note: Phone connection breaking up some and address did not indicate “Pool phone”, but another apartment number. Phone still operable and correct physical address, so no permit action taken, but advised speaking with the phone company and 911 to ensure exact location is correct and clearly audible for pool, in case of emergency. Keep buoy and rope on deck. Discussed record keeping for maintenance (backwash, chemicals, vacuum, etc should be notes not “check mark”). No Night Swimming
