Note: Emergency phone breaking up. Could hear 911 and could verify address and phone number. Recommend having phone serviced so clearly audible. Repeat Non-Compliance - Grab rope on ring buoy starting to degrade. Replace with USCG approved ring buoy within 30 days. Recommend placing shower signage upon entry on lounge side of pool. Post so visible upon entry to the swimming pool. Intent to Suspend issued for record keeping and test kit. Lights not verified at time of inspection. Operator could not turn it on.
