6-501.18 Cleaning of Plumbing Fixtures - C -- Observed some cleaning needed in the urinals in the men's restrooms. Also, toilets in the restrooms have bowls that have a little mold/mildew growth in them (seen in employee women's restroom). Also, the bases of most toilets need to be cleaned. Plumbing fixtures such as handwashing sinks, toilets, and urinals shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean. |

5-501.116 Cleaning Receptacles - C -- (0 POINTS): Observed a heavy build-up on the trash can in the employee women's restroom. Soiled receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be cleaned at a frequency necessary to prevent them from developing a buildup of soil or becoming attractants for insects and rodents. Replace/Clean. |

6-501.12 Cleaning, Frequency and Restrictions - C -- Sweep under the shelving and along the wall/floor joint in the in the produce dept. Clean the floor sink under the three-compartment sink. Clean the vents in the ceiling above the far stalls in the employee women's restroom and the public men's restroom. Physical facilities shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
6-501.11 Repairing-Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods - C -- The ceiling in the public men's restroom is chipping and flaking. Replace the damaged toilet paper dispensers in the employee restrooms. Tighten any loose toilet seats in the restrooms (employee women's). Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. |
