General CommentsFacility utilizes additive powder containing 5-HTP, which is not an approved additive. Employee stated they are unable to fully remove item from the menu due to corporate oversight with online ordering platforms. REHS and employee able to devise SOP for all employees to accurately and safely make sanitizer solution while waiting for sanitizer dispenser to be repaired and test strips to be acquired. Staff shall fill sanitizer compartment to the bottom of the sticker placed on the back wall of sink, and mix in 3/4th of an orange scoop to achieve proper sanitizer concentrations.
