Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed broken several soap dispensers in restrooms throughout the facility need repair/replace. Observed hand washing sinks need better cleaning and keep clean.
Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed dysfunctional hand drying devices in restrooms (girl locker room, 8th hallway and D hallway both girl and boy). Repair/replace. |
