Inspection conducted with Matthew Shepherd. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Note: Facility recently changed ownership, management, and changed name from Brookson Resident Flats to Brookson Flats. Updated our files. Facility has Pentair Whisperflo WFE-12 3 HP pump installed. Field verified the impellor as WFE-12 pump. Disregard WFE-8 label on the pump housing. Pool currently permitted to allow for night swimming. Intent to suspend issued. 7) 16) 17)
