Both of these items were moved by PIC to the 1 door reach in cooler to maintain proper cold holding temperatures, CDI. The ambient temperature of the 1 door reach in cooler was 38F.

Floor tiles cracked at drains near walk in cooler and soda station. 6-501.114 - Maintaining Premises, Unnecessary Items and Litter: The establishment shall maintain a premises which is free of items that are unnecessary to the operation or maintenance of the establishment, such as litter or equipment that is nonfunctional or no longer used. ***Observed unused equipment being used to store employee items. Please remove unused equipment from establishment.
