Observed no testing kit to measure the strength of sanitizing solution. Per conversation with management facility had strips however, they fell into water and the facility intends to replace test strips immediately. |

Observed no disposable towels or hand drying device at hand sink located in laundry room. Management supplied paper towels to hand sink during time of inspection. |

Observed ceiling in need of repair inside of laundry over shelving. Observed minor ceiling stain outside of room 114. Points not increased due to improvements, facility has renovated 1st and 2nd floor since last inspection and will be working on the 3rd floor in the coming months. |
