Replace missing ventilation covers in bathrooms throughout in different rooms. Ventilation covers have been purchased but not installed yet. Replace stained and peeling toilet seat in room 103 and 245. Replace damaged toilet tank cover in room 245 and 255 bathroom. Clean shower curtain and shower head in room 103. Tightly secure loose slip resistant material in base of bath tubs throughout in rooms. Repair base of tub around drain in 131 and 148. WIpe/clean top of hair dryer device holder in room. Repair/ refurbish chipped spot and burn mark on bath tub.
Bath, lavatory, and toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1809 (a). |

Continue to touch-up furniture with furniture marker in rooms. Clean spots/stain on red chair. Replace broken glass in picture in room.. Defrost and clean ice from freezer section of refrigeration unit in rooms. Replace rusted shelving in refrigeration. Repair loose/damaged gasket on refrigeration unit in room. Replace refrigeration unit in room 131 with damaged interior door. Repair backs on television in rooms. Observed pillows stored on floor while room was being cleaned. Highly recommend storing pillow on furniture or chair while beds are being made.
