General CommentsFacility is due for educational visit prior to the end of June 2026. EHS recommends using the educational visit after hiring a new kitchen manager to discuss previous inspections and review procedures. Contact Sam at 919-222-7939 when ready to schedule visit. Educational visits may be scheduled to be convenient and beneficial for facility.
