General Comments

3 compartment sink is blocked with signage stating ‘do not use’ due to lead above the action level with the ARPA program. Facility needs to verify the fixtures at the 3 compartment sink have been exchanged. If fixtures have been exchanged, facility can opt to do another flushing period of fixtures with resampling from the local health department after flushing period is complete. If water resamples come back above the action level, facility will need to choose another method of mitigation of the lead hazards.
