5-205.15 (B) During inspection, 2 basins at 3 compartment sink were released simultaneously causing back up into middle basin with residue of chemical used to unclog drains surfacing. (Residue appeared like cinnamon in texture with chemical odor). Monitor and repair issues. Clean and sanitize sinks prior to being used for dishes. |
