General CommentsPIC stated facility does most of the food handling during “tea time” which is only offered on the weekends(except December). EHS observed tea time during previous inspection and discussed any updates or improvements in that area. PIC stated they discussed issues with cold holding during the last inspection and now food employees are instructed to leave sandwiches in coolers wrapped until ordered. PIC stated tea time is from 11am-3pm. EHS offered TPHC as a solution since PIC stated sandwiches are thrown out at the end of service. EHS sent PIC copy of TPHC form and stated facility could utilize this process moving forward if desired. Other days, facility will reheat commercial sandwiches for immediate service. Facility offers different cream cheeses for these sandwiches and bagels. Facility also operates a small coffee bar which includes dairy items such as milk, creamer, etc. Facility opens at 4pm during the week.
