Observed underwater pool light pulled away from the pool wall. Observed another underwater pool light to be loose and shiftable on the wall. Repair the lights so that they are secure to the pool wall. I.T.S. issued, facility has 30 days from today to make the repair or the pool will be closed until the corrections are made. Expires 12/8/18. |
