.2528(a) Ground level doors shall be self-closing, self-latching or child protected by audible alarm.
Observed door onto the pool deck to be self-closing, but not self-latching with audible alarm turned off. This is not allowed. Ensure the alarm is kept on and functional or correct the door so that it fully self-closes and self-latches. This was noted on the previous inspection. failure to comply with this requirement may result in permit action against the facility up to and including the closure of the pool. Alarm was turned on and functioned properly. No further action taken at this time. |
