Observed two (2) loose tiles at floor drain in front of steam kettle. Minor water accumulation was observed at loose portion of tiling.
Note: Previous line item citation noted cracked and damaged tiling adjacent to ice machine. Ice machine floor tiling has since been repaired. Citation was marked incorrectly as 6-101.1/6-201.11 (installation). Proper notation would have been 6-501.11 (maintained in good repair). Due to notation error in previous inspection, loose tiling noted in this inspection will not be marked as a repeat citation. |
