General Comments

15 - Ring buoy grab rope beginning to degrade from weathering. Replace ring buoy with USCG approved. Given 30 days to correct. 22 - Multiple roaches inside of the emergency phone. Exterminate to keep phone accessible at all times. Intent to Suspend issued for the following: 1) Maintain record keeping as required. Chlorine, pH and drain check daily. Cyanuric acid and total alkalinity weekly. 2) Provide spare pump basket. 3) Provide cpo documentation. 4) Repair gate to self-close, self-latch near shower. 5) Repair no diving marker so secure on deck. If above items are not corrected within 30 days, permit will be suspended. Arialdys Pimentel present during the inspection. Note: Pool is not approved for night swimming.
