General Comments

Inspection conducted with Mike Tanski. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Liquid chemicals stored in pump room. Recommend storing all chemicals in chemical storage room. Permit inspection did not pass. A $100 reinspection fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling a reinspection.
