Observed gate along backside fence (between playground/ pet park and swimming pool) with large gap underneath gate. Operator permanently fixed a piece of aluminum to the bottom side of the gate to reduce the gap under the gate to under 2in during the inspection. (no violation but also observed door inside leasing office opening into swimming pool area not self-closing or equipped with a self- closer- Door is always locked when there is no employee in the leasing office to monitor). |
