Observed spray nozzle on hose and with water on. PIC tried to turn off but water does not turn off at the faucet and it is continuously on and hose attached. Backflow prevention device is not designed to have continuous pressure.
VERIFICATION REQUIRED WITHIN 72 hours to ensure faucet is repaired.
5-205.15 Maintain a plumbing system in good repair. Repair leaks, cracks, minor clogs, etc.
Hand sink by the front door is leaking. Repair. |
