General CommentsEstablishment has high temperature sanitizing dish machine and utilizes irreversible color changing temperature stickers that are rated for 170F or higher. Food Code minimum threshold is 160F. ~~ Establishment does not cook any raw animal proteins, unable to obtain these cook temperature observations. Microwave ovens are not utilized for cooking or reheating. Produce is washed in water. ~~ All items on the service line are held on TPHC and are discarded at the end of service or at the end of four hours, whichever time occurs first. Procedures and records were on site and being followed.

Corrected- Pans were relocated to the walk in freezer and when rechecked were within proper cooling parameters.
