General CommentsRaw animal proteins cooked in the establishment: Beef, fish, shrimp, pork (bacon). Breading is sifted every four hours or less during service. Entire container is replaced daily. No animal proteins are offered to the customers raw or undercooked, no Consumer Advisory is needed. Crab hut is currently not in use. Verified water temperature and that units are functioning. Verification due on or by 6/8/26 for thin probed thermometers.
