General CommentsPIC stated that facility has stated an interest in keeping to go packages of coleslaw on TPHC during weekends or busy lunch or dinner services. At time of inspection, no TPHC was observed and no filled instruction sheet was available. EHS has provided another TPHC instruction form for facility to fill out AND keep maintained within the premises , available for review, at time of inspection or compliance visit. At time of inspection, EHS observed patio garage doors open. Review of facility permit and its associated conditions states that regarding protection of outer entrances at patio seating, facility must 1) Keep patio garage doors rolled down during hours of operation, 2) keep additional interior doors and bar window closed, so as to separate open air patio from full interior dining area and kitchen, OR 3) Install effective air curtains at garage doors so as to prevent entry of flying insects or other pests.
